
How does Amway compensation plan?
Amway combined revenue streams of both direct selling and multilevel marketing. All First, IBO (Independent Business Operators) can get a higher income (profit retail, usually between 20% -35%) on the products they sell. They can also buy products at a discount to sell later.
Secondly, an IBO can earn a monthly performance bonus, which is allocated to different levels, depending on their total cumulative PV for the month (items of value: a value assigned to each product or service). IBO bonuses can vary from 3% to 25% of total BV Group (turnover, or the total wholesale cost of goods sold).
Thirdly, of course, the IBO may also recruit and train new PCI.
