When you think about this, someone has taught how to deal with anger? If you're like most people, you are given no training in handling the anger only after his anger exploded in inappropriate language and actions and caused considerable damage to himself and others. Perhaps even physical harm.

Well, think about what you say when someone asks: "How are you?" You answer? "I'm fine, thank you. "That is the response coded in the brain as the only socially acceptable response.
Now, consider a situation in which something is really is annoying and facial expressions in an obvious way. Think about your reaction when someone asks "Is there something wrong?" What would be your response? Obviously, we would say: "No, no," or something like that.
Why say that? This is because they have been programmed over the years to "remain calm" and not express their emotions. Why? To express your emotions can make vulnerable.
The truth is that, through life bottling their emotions all the time, simply does not work very well. If this were not the case, we have many problems in society is plagued with – issues like violence in the workplace, home, etc.
If that were not programmed to constantly denounce our emotions, individuals may be more productive, more effective and challenging parents, spouses. And probably would be healthier too.
This does not mean they are excessive or inadequate emotions at all times is a good alternative. It is not. It is right that if everyone quit all keep their feelings locked inside and behave in a specific way, life would be much easier. People are happy and healthy relationships and enjoy a fuller life.
